Request deletion

You can request deletion of personal information held by Active Games, including information received when you contacted us through our website, email, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or another customer-service channel.

1. Email info@activegames.ae with the subject Data deletion request.
2. Include your full name and the email address, telephone number, or social-media username you used to contact us.
3. Tell us which Active Games brand or attraction you contacted and what information or conversations you want deleted.
4. If available, include a booking reference or an approximate date of your enquiry so we can find the correct record without requesting unnecessary information.

What happens next

We will acknowledge your request and may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity and protect your account from unauthorised deletion. We will search the systems we control, assess the request, and confirm the action taken within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Where deletion applies, we will delete or irreversibly anonymise the relevant personal information in the systems we control and instruct applicable service providers as appropriate.

Information we may need to keep

We may retain limited information where it is reasonably necessary to meet legal, accounting, tax, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or record-keeping obligations. We will restrict that information to the permitted purpose and keep it only for as long as required.

Deleting information held by Active Games does not automatically delete your account or messages held independently by Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, a ticketing platform, or another third-party service. You can use that provider’s privacy controls for data it controls.

Disconnecting a Meta account

You can remove Active Games-related app access from your Facebook or Instagram account through the relevant Meta account settings. If you also want us to delete information already received and stored in systems controlled by Active Games, send the deletion request described above.
